At ACBC, we are convinced that behaviour can only be changed sustainably if we understand what subconsciously controls it.
This requires more than techniques and tools – it requires an approach that is based on scientific findings and works deep inside.
CBC is based on a combination of psychology, neuroscience and years of practical experience. It helps to understand and change patterns of thought and behaviour at the root – where rational insight alone is no longer enough.
We are currently offering coaching by Felix Müller, the founder of ACBC, himself. As a coach who himself comes from a practical background – and who works with this approach on a daily basis.

I know how frustrating it can be when you keep falling back into old patterns despite your best intentions. This is exactly where my coaching comes in: We make visible what is working beneath the surface – and release your inner blockages in a sustainable way.
Before I became a coach, I was a manager in international companies for 25 years. Today, I have been coaching managers and specialists in German, Swiss German, French and English for over 12 years – including at Hilti, Siemens, On Running, SIX Financial and ThyssenKrupp.
My foundation: Business Administration degree from the University of St. Gallen, MBA (Duke University, USA) and MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change (Henley Business School, UK). As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) of the International Coaching Federation, I combine experience with the highest coaching standards.
