A Chapter Comes to an End.
The Academy for Cognitive Behavioural Coaching is no longer actively operating.
It grew out of my many years of work as a coach – and from the conviction that lasting change requires more than just insight. People change their behaviour when they understand what is holding them back internally, and when new ways of acting become possible in their everyday lives.
That conviction remains.
What has changed is my professional focus. I no longer work as an independent coach and no longer offer KVC training courses. My energy is now focused on leadership, growth and effective development within organisations.
For this reason, the Academy will not be continued.
