‘At last she could smile again!’
This is how Felix Müller describes his first encounter with the Cognitive Behavioural Approach: after two burnouts and severe depression, his wife Nicole had spent several months in hospital and found her way back to a happy and relaxed life, leaving perfectionism and the urge for harmony behind and learning to say no more often.
As an experienced coach, he recognised the potential for coaches to help people in times of increasing psychological stress before they became ill because they were simply unable to change their behaviour. With an approach that has shown its effectiveness and efficiency in countless studies.
But he also discovered that only one in ten coaches in Germany uses Cognitive Behavioural Coaching! That wasn’t enough for him, so he founded the ACBC with the aim of ensuring that more coaches know how to help people release subconscious blocks so that they can avoid a painful career and lead a happy, relaxed life.
